We are Residential Service Agency (RSA) providing care services to clients in programs such as Medical Assistance Personal Care (MAPC), Community First Choice (CFC) and Community Options (CO).

We accept direct payments from private insurances and long term care (LTC) insurances i.e. Medicaid, as payment-in-full for services rendered to participating clients.

Our private-pay clients do take advantage of our several methods of payments for services they received that include Cash, Checks, Money Orders and Bank Cashier’s Checks etc.

We provide estimate of costs associated with the services requested to all clients or their representatives, prior to the start of services.

We offer itemized billing statement monthly with information that include the type of service provided, dates and times of service, hourly rate and total cost of services provided.

All services that the agency offers and for which the client may be charged, and the current range of charges for the services, including but not limited, would be discussed during admission processes.
