At Bwell Healthcare, Inc., all prospective clients are deemed eligible and shall receive timely evaluation. Our services are initiated with a visit by one of our Managers accompanied by a Registered Nurse who formally introduces the agency and discusses our policies and procedures.

We offer free initial assessment at the patient home to determine if the client is suitable for our program.

We provide an “Admission packet” to our patients, early in the process, that carries all vital and relevant information necessary to facilitate the relationship between the client and the agency.

We offer customized care plans that address specific needs of our clients and work closely with families of the sick and disabled.

Our screening process are reliable and in compliance with all the related mandates in the Annotated Codes of Maryland (COMAR).
